How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an immediate email with confirmation. If you cant find this email check your junk/spam folders. If you still can not find your confirmation, please email us at: info@lalajerrard.co.uk

 

We will confirm your order details and resend this to you.

 

 

I've ordered to the wrong address! Help!

Please email us ASAP at: info@lalajerrard.co.uk 

Subject line: Order Reference Number.

Unfortunatly once the items have been dispatched from our warehouse, we can not make the address swap. This means, we can not recall the parcel.

Orders made before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Anything after this time will be dispatched the next working morning. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All our items come in gorgeous &LALA gift wrapping at no extra cost!

If you are buying a gift and would like a gift note included, this is possible. We have a 'Remarks' section at checkout where you can submit your gift message.

How long will my order take?

Processing time: 1 working day.

- UK Delivery:1-3 working days.

- European Delivery:5-8 working days.

- USA Delivery: 8-12 working days.

- International Delivery: Depends on location. Please message us at info@lalajerrard.com for a accurate timeframe.

Will I be charged Import tax, customs or duties?

You will not be charged any additional fees. These are covered in the UK by us.

What courier service do you use?

All UK Standard Delivery is sent with UK Royal Mail 1st Class.

Missing or damaged Items

Please email us immediatly at: info@lalajerrard.com with your order reference.

If the items are damaged, please include a description and photo depicting the damage incurred.

We send all items via Royal Mail UK. Standard Delivery.

Returns and Refunds

What is your Refund Policy?

For hygine reasons, we do not accept refunds for earrings. This includes ear cuffs.

For all other items, we offer returns and exchanges within 28 days (from the date of purchase).

Gift Exchanges

Here at LALA we understand not all gifts work out - For this reason, we offer a 28 day grace period for all gift exchanges. This is 28 days from the order date.

It is your responsibility to send the items back to us. Once we have reviewed and approved the exchange (that there are no visable damages) we will dipatch your requested exchange item(s).

If the exchange item exceeds the original value, it is your responsibility to pay the difference. If it is lower than the original value, we will credit back the difference to the original payment method.

How can I return my order

We do not accept returns for earrings. This includes cuffs.

To return a item, we will request it is sent back to our warehouse. We will review the item, making sure it has not been worn and there are no damages.

Following this review, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have reviewed and accepted your return, we will process the refund. This usually takes 8-10 working days.

Jewellery & Care

How do I look after my jewellery?

Below are some helpful tips to keep your &LALA jewellery sparkling:

- Always store your jewellery separately, preferably in your suade &LALA pouch.

- Remove jewellery before washing/swimming or exercising.

- Be careful not to spray chemicals on your jewellery, such as perfumes, body sprays, tanning products, body oils or makeup.

- Get into the habit of cleaning your jewellery. We advice you use a cotton pad, or micro fibre cloth to gently dry rub away any residue.

- For a deeper clean, we suggest soaking your earrings in a soapy warm water solution (We advice you stay clear of any antibacterial soaps, as this may effect the gold plating). Gently dry, and store in your &LALA pouch provided.

What is my Jewellery made of?

All LALA jewellery is plated with 14K, 18K and Rhodium Plating. The base metal for all pieces is 925 Sterling Silver.

What makes &LALA Skin-Friendly?

We pride ourselves on sourcing the purest metals with hypo-allergenic qualities. We only use 925 Sterling Silver base metals with 14K/18K Gold, Rose Gold, and Rhodium plating.  

What is 'gold plated' jewellery? As the consumer it's important to ask yourself what metal is being plated. Reason being, many companies don't openly share this. This means your gold-plated jewellery is likely to be coating a majority brass or copper base metal. 

Despite these being somewhat durable metals, they are inexpensive to manufacture and can cause allergic reactions when exposed to the skin. 

 

How do I know my Jewellery is real Sterling Silver?

Easy! Look for the '925' Stamp on the piece
